To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, all purchases are final; however, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
6) Intellectual property
The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game content, is owned by KiwiFunPlay Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
